These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Overhaul Roofing Ltd website at overhaulroofing.co.uk and any roofing services provided by us. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Overhaul Roofing Ltd is a roofing contractor registered in England and Wales, operating from 2 Grange Hill, Halesowen B62 0JH. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Overhaul Roofing Ltd.

We provide roofing services including but not limited to: pitched roof repairs and replacement, flat roof installation and repair, chimney repointing and leadwork, and gutters, fascias and soffits installation and replacement.

All services are subject to a written quotation agreed between both parties prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to amend a quotation if unforeseen circumstances arise once work has begun, in which case we will notify you promptly and obtain your approval before proceeding.

We aim to complete all work to the highest standard and in accordance with applicable building regulations and industry best practice. All operatives are fully insured and experienced in their respective trades.

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed works unless otherwise stated in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit of up to 30% of the total quoted value prior to commencement, with the balance payable on completion.

We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Invoices not settled within 14 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. A VAT receipt will be provided upon request.

You may cancel a booked job by giving us at least 48 hours' written notice prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover any materials already ordered or preparatory work undertaken.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel work due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen site hazards, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as practicable to arrange an alternative date.

Where a deposit has been paid and we cancel the job for reasons within our control, the deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days.

We carry full public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence during the course of works, we will take reasonable steps to remedy the damage at our cost.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from our services, including loss of income, loss of profits, or damage to contents, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single job shall not exceed the total value of the contract for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
